Poor management, they don't know what to ask. 1 round hr screenig, 2nd round techinical and 3rd round management, finally released the offer. But no tuff rounds in interview process, really helpful for less knowledge people. Good to start the career with this company as simply will get the offer.

I cleared the written test. The written test comprised of questions on aptiude, reasoning, english communication, C, Java and 2 programming challenge problems. I had performed well. After that I gave 2 technical interviews.

In the interviews they asked questions on basics of Java and SQL. They also given some logical problems to solve.

Entrevista
Good. The technical questions are not too difficult and the interviewing staff is kind and understanding, allowing time for the candidate to work and talk through any hiccups in their responses.

Entrevista
15 minutes telephone interview and very typed questions. The interviewer was nice. The questions are about projects and courses. One question was: why you choose computer science as your major. I was not well prepared and very nervous, which I thought messed up the interview. They didn't send any email to you if they don't want you, which wasted my time.
