Interview first round is technical and second round is process oriented. First round cleared by impressing panel in technical round with all questions. Second round i didn't do well in process oriented, but managed.

Slow, have lost highly skilled candidates due to slow response. Three to four week process and this was considered fast by many. I was an internally referenced hire by a top sales performance team.
