I interviewed in late Jan/early Feb of 2010, so the process has probably changed. It took me weeks of following up on my resume by leaving 1-2 voicemails per week to get a response. I was asked to come in to interview. The interview lasted less than 10 minutes and consisted mainly of general questions like: can you type?; do you have experience answering calls?; can you use a copier/scanner?. There was no STAR interview process nor personality questions. I was offered the job the end of the interview and asked to start that evening with an orientation meeting.
