Two separate interviews were conducted, one with specific department personnel and another interview with administration. The typical questions of an educational institution were asked, primarily concerning academic background, experience, and general classroom/pedagogical knowledge.

Interviewed by three teachers and the principal. They seem to ask all the regular questions. Questions like how you feel about discipline? They had a pre-printed paper and each one took turns as they went around the table and all took notes.
