It was just an in person interview directly from my online application. Was about an hour and a half long and it was mostly behavioural q's. After the interview with a sales manager and sales team lead, they then directed me to an interview with the head of Sales. Not much of an interview, more trying to get a feel for you and see how you'd fit in and if you would last.

Entrevista
The interview process was fairly standard and as expected. It consisted of typical questions related to insurance advisory, including assessing client needs and customer service strategies. There were also a few situational and behavioral questions to understand how I handle client interactions and challenges. Overall, the difficulty level was average, with no surprises in the questions asked. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the position. Additionally, I had to follow up multiple times to get an update on the status of my application.

Easy not that difficult if you know nasics of insurance and also if you are well in communicstion you should get it so it is not that difficult once you start preparing.
