I want to share my feedback on the interview process for the Global E-Commerce Data Analyst role.
This has been the most disappointing and disrespectful interview experience I’ve had. I prepared thoroughly and even rearranged my weekly schedule for the first interview. However, while I was already in the meeting, I received an email from the interviewer saying she couldn’t attend due to an urgent situation. I completely understand that emergencies happen and appreciated the prompt attempt to reschedule.
But for the second appointment, the interviewer didn’t show up again — this time with no notice, no follow-up, and no explanation. I sent several follow-up emails and even reached out to other colleagues on LinkedIn, yet never received any response.
I followed up not only because I valued the opportunity, but because this kind of behavior is unacceptable — especially from a well-known brand. At the very least, candidates deserve a basic acknowledgment and respect for their time.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
