The Regional Manager called me in for the interview. We had a lengthy conversation regarding my past experience and the future of their company. Then I was given a park tour. We went back to the office and he asked me to wait in the family room for a few minutes. When he came back in, he had the owner of the company with him. He introduced us and the owner asked a few questions to determine if we were like minded on treatment of customers and business practices. The Regional Manager said that he would be in touch as soon as he got my back ground check back. He called a couple days later to offer the position. It was an easy choice...this is the only place I have ever worked where I got to meet the owner and that the owner takes such a hands on approach to business.
