The interview process was straightforward and relatively informal. It consisted of one round with two team members, where the questions focused mainly on very basic behavioral topics and past experiences rather than technical or case-based problems.There were no follow-up rounds, and the structure made it feel like they were trying to quickly assess overall fit rather than dive deep into technical expertise.
Intro where they introduced themselves (name, position, and then about the team) I introduced myself, they ask me interview questions along with some follow ups, and then I ask them questions back (about team, position, etc)

Interview took place on the phone because of Covid, no video call or anything, just a normal phone call. The questions were really vague and the interviewee did not seem interested to know much about me.
