I applied online and included a required paragraph on why I wanted the job. I was emailed with possible interview dates and was able to choose accordingly. Several other interviewees were present, however the order was according to arrival. I was early, so I interviewed early. I was prepared to answer probing questions regarding my theatrical work experience, questions which never came. In my opinion, the decision was already made and then confirmed with a visual assessment of appropriate dress, conduct and manner.

First you apply online and they'll email you in about a month or two. After that you have a one on one interview with one of the supervisors or theater managers. They'll ask you simple questions.
