Not very difficult at all, they look at your grades so make sure you have decent grades and bring your report card. You go in and talk to two people.

They called me to schedule an interview. I arrived a little bit earlier than the scheduled time. I sat with the customers for half an hour before somebody came and handed me some forms to fill out. Forms asked for some basic personal information such as name, age, educational background, and previous work experiences. The last three questions were essays/short answers. Then came more waiting. In the end, three different individuals interviewed me but asked very similar questions. The actual interview time was about 10 minutes each time, but in total, I waited for more than four hours.
