The interview process focuses primarily on situational questions rather than technical to get a feel for how the candidate works in a team and handles conflict. Only one virtual interview with three supervisors who look for candidates willing to grow and learn.

Was quite an average interview process. Two rounds. One phone call with the recruiter and one Zoom call with two hiring managers. Was offered the job about a week later.
