Entrevista
The interviewer was very young and frequently forgot to ask questions and go over my questions. I asked for a bit of information to be sent to me over email post-interview and never heard back. I think the company realized this was a problem, as they shifted to a senior HR specialist for the position. They asked me for additional documentation and kept shifting the timetable/ hiring process every week. Extremely unresponsive and not transparent. I am quite disappointed with this company's hiring practices. I expected better from an industry leader.
Initial interview was more of a screening process with HR. Second and third interview was with staff project managers. Overall interviews were straightforward, questions about experience, education etc. I prepared for this interview by reviewing the job posting, and relating my experience to it. Be sure to ask questions about the job, they seemed to really respond well to answering questions.
