Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Browne (Markham, ON).
Entrevista
The typical interview process, looking for detail-oriented admin workers to do order entry, Call clients and process paperwork: no work-from-home options and limited benefits. I wanted to remind myself about the details of the job posting I came across recently. The job opportunity was for detail-oriented administrative workers who would be responsible for tasks such as order entry, calling clients, and processing paperwork. It mentioned that there were no work-from-home options available and that the benefits were limited. I hope this information comes in handy in the future.

One phone and one in person Standard questions nothing abnormal - make sure you know about the company and that it has both Foodservice and Retail segments. If you are bilingual it is much better for you.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Browne (Mississauga, ON) em fev. de 2023
Entrevista
This position was being hired via Adecco, a recruitment company. The process was as follows: 1. Initial screening call with recruiter 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Writing project 4. Interview with Hiring Manager, Reporting Manager, and HR 5. Don't hear a word back. I had to reach out to the recruitment company to hear about the results of my interview, even after I had completed a project and three interviews. I was told I did very well but they had found someone with industry experience. Lo and behold, the job was posted a second time within a week of this news. I have still yet to receive any actual communication from the Browne team. They are not worth applying to, given their bad reputation on Glassdoor and their horrible interviewing practices.
