Process was about 1 month long and took place through 3 conference calls: 1st one with HR manager, 2nd with HR manager + Senior Pricing Analyst, and 3rd with SPA + Pricing Manager. Everybody was extremely kind and seemed to be legitimately interested in what I had to say. All questions were relevant to the position and not about checking whether I could deal with pressure or not. I was asked to go through my professional experience and talk about short/long-term goals, as well as more technical aspects of pricing and data analysis/symmetry. I had to postpone the third interview due to medical reasons and HR was really supportive and called me the morning before to make sure I was good to go. Third interview had a case study that was not difficult but demanded a lot of attention. There is very little time to finish it, but managers are aware of that. In the end, HR manager called me for a feedback and said my profile was a good fit for the company but very analytical for such administrative position. I had a very pleasant conversation and got some really nice advices.

The interview process for this role took 4 weeks and due to the current circumstances, the interviews were done through video calls. My experience was extremely positive at every point of contact I had with the company. The first interview step was a call with talent acquisition to mainly discuss the role and how my experience and career objectives would fit within this position and Browns. Louise, the recruiter I contacted with was an excellent communicator and made feel at ease at all times. This was very helpful as I was naturally nervous before this call, she provided valuable feedback and was always very transparent as for what the next steps would be. I then had a 1st interview with the senior pricing analyst and recruiter, this interview was pleasant and it felt more like a natural conversation rather than a formal interview. I was able to discuss how my skills matched the job but also ask questions that were answered straightforwardly. During this stage, I was asked how I would respond to different scenarios that often happen within the role. After this interview, I was contacted to provide feedback on the role and interview from my point of view and also received feedback from them. I found having these conversations in between interviews extremely helpful and I felt the company was genuinely interested in hearing what I had to say. The 2nd interview was with the senior pricing analyst and pricing manager and consisted of a 30 min. case study/ excel task before the actual interview. This was in part to test excel skills but also had a few questions to explore your views on certain pricing strategies. Overall, the interviews were focused on my skills and why I wanted to pursue this role, but they were also interested in getting a sense of how I was as a person. This last interview was also followed by a call with the recruiter to provide feedback on the case study and how the interview went. Ultimately, I find incredible that they take the time to provide such thorough feedback during the whole process, everyone was so friendly and kind and this only increased my interest in working for the company!
