Its divided into 5 rounds. They will have an introductory round, then a presentation round in which they try to understand your business acumen, then they run a round to understand if we are aligned to the org's core values.

Just two interviews were scheduled in the process. First interview was with the HR who was asking me about my profile and was checking the fitment of the skills with the JD. Second interview was with the senior manager and he was not matching the skills with the JD. Instead he was very much interested in my Targets. Both companies ticket sizes are completely different and I felt it was unfair of him to compare the targets of these organization. Also if I do possess the skills to achieve the targets in my current organization, why can't I achieve the targets in his organization with the same set of skills. Anyway, I didn't hear from them later after that interview. I was really excited to join such an exciting organization but it's sad that they let one individual make a hiring decision on his own personal biases.
