The worst process ever attended. Let me point down a few: 1. The HR who interacted with me has got a sound knowledge and did a nice pre-screen call. 2. The Person who took the interview is not a sound resource. He repeats the same questions again and again as if there are no questions to ask. 3. He never heard my part at all and interrupted in between my answers. 4. Sounds like he has some referrals or for some reasons he don’t seem to like me. 5. HR must change the interview panel or they should conduct an interview first with the person to know whether he is qualified to take interviews.
