After application, had a panel interview by 5 people, asking questions in sequential fashion fr approximately one hour. Then, this was followed by a break, and then all involved moved to a class room for the candidate presentation.

Entrevista
The interview included ten questions asked by each member of the panel. The questions ranged from comparing community colleges to universities to how to use rubrics for grading. The question portion of the interview was followed by a representative lecture or lab format. Finally, I was introduced to the President of the college for a brief discussion.
