I report the answer that I gave to the two guys:
It was good at the H.R. part, I was feeling very comfortable.
However I did not find the tech interview appropiate to a Junior Engineer, since it was an interview for people who had really experienced for at least 5y+.
Riccardo tended to underestimate, to belittle everything I said, showing attitudes of superiority when I had to face the slightest contradiction, not putting me at ease. Instead of correcting the mistake nicely, he berated me, making me feel inferior, unprepared and stupid.
He said that my preparation is superficial with gaps and confusion, after begin evalutated with unproper question (like how many millimiters in an ounce or isolation distances) which required tons experience beforehand.
If it is true, how did I design a functional smps?
I believed that you would need an engineer with passion, capability and willingness to learn, but at the end of the day, you are searching for an already experienced engineer.
What's the point of assuming junior if you want an already formed and prepared engineer?
This is not the appropriate way in which I believe I work.
For this reason I would not like to proceed any further with the interview
