First interview was rescheduled without my knowledge, showed up on the scheduled time and date and they decided to close early without informing me. Red flag right away. I arrived to the rescheduled interview and was not asked any questions about myself, other than "when can you start." It felt very much like the interviewer was going through the motions. Compensation /benefits were briefly discussed and I was given a tour of the facility. The interviewer basically talked about the company and work they do for 10 minutes without asking a single thing about me and then it ended. After the interview I was told I would be contacted "in a few days" after the decision was made. They had no intention of doing this either, as I was ghosted completely after the interview. I had to reach out to them to find out I wasn't selected. It's difficult to say what the criteria were for getting the job as I wasn't asked any questions. Almost seemed like a sham interview. Overall the vibe of the company felt disorganized and unprofessional and I don't think I would have taken a position even if offered one.
