I was in the process for two months. I had one initial 30 minute introductory interview. Then, a week later, I was given 6 tests with time limitation (math, English translation, English grammar, English essay, IQ test and Psychological examination). I passed this tests and then I was given two tasks, which I was given 24 hours to solve. This tasks were very complicated and I spent the night not sleeping in order to resolve them in time. After this I was selected for second interview which was technical one. After this interview they got back to me after four weeks with a brief systematic message that I am refused. They haven`t even put my name in the message nor given me the reason why after two months in the interview process I was refused. I contacted the person that walked me through the assignments to ask for feedback why I was refused, but they never replied. Totally inhumane approach to the applicants.
