Very casual and quick. They ask what makes a restaurant run smoothly. Communication, team work and preparation are the answers they’re looking for. Don’t feel the need to dress too fancy however definitely business casual.

Easy, they just asked you simple questions about a typical serving position-your experience, your interests, etc. Super simple process. Don’t stress too much about it, it was super non stressful
It was a very straightforward restaurant interview. They asked me about my prior experience as a server and why I wanted to work there. I think it lasted about thirty minutes. I was offered a job on the spot.
