I got called by the HR staff, and they asked basic questions and tested if I can speak in english. Then I got invited ot a technical interview where I had to solve things in excel.

They started with a phone interview. It was very easy, they were just curious about your personality, goals, motivations etc... The second round is the personal interview with your future leader/boss. They don't have a standardized agenda.
