I received an email that I had been selected for an interview, and was asked to schedule it through a link. The interview lasted 1 hour, with 4-15 minute sessions, each with a different member of the department I'd be working in. They asked many of the typical interview questions, but not much about my past experience. About 2 weeks after the interview, I received another email saying that I had made the top-5 candidates for the role but was not ultimately chosen. I appreciated that I was in contact with a real person throughout the process instead of automated messages.
