I interviewed at the Brookline location. I came into the interview expecting to be asked about my experience in retail, most of which is specifically dealing with selling clothes, however this was not a typical interview. First I was asked to walk around the store and pick out three things that I thought would sell quickly and three that I didn’t. After that I was asked some fairly standard questions about sales and customer relations. I was then given a clip board and asked to do a worksheet where I would pick out items that I think the store would take and what their price would be. After this, I was then asked about my own sense of style and shopping preferences. At the end of the interview I was told I’d hear back by Friday. I was then ghosted. Frankly I find it completely ridiculous that they would ask a potential hire to do silly activities (which partially require the knowledge of how the company work which one can really only get from already working there) for what was, after all, a part time position. And to judge an interview based on what they wear and where they buy it from also shows that they take themselves far too seriously for a store that sells used clothing.

easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
