Applied via written challenge three separate times. Required quite a lot of writing and research (they wanted specific issues with the tool you'd like to work on). Each time I got a rejection or no response after waiting 5-6 weeks.

Probably the worst, most insulting interview process I've ever been a part of. Made it to the penultimate round, past the initial screenings and technical interviews, to be told I was not transparent about my usage of their product.

I didn’t get an interview. The application requires you to upload your resume and answer about 8 short answer/mini essay questions. I spent many hours over three evenings writing answers for the application, including signing up for and downloading the app so I could provide free feedback for them, which is requested in one of the questions.
I got a rejection two days later.
Take it from me, don’t ever waste your time on this type of application as I sure won’t again.
