The interview process took a little over 3 weeks. I had an initial phone interview which included your generic interview questions. I was then advanced to a second face-to-face interview which included two panel style interviews. These Interviews were more in depth, and attested how well you fit with the culture and work environment. Within a week, I was offered the Job.
