After you apply for the job, there's an online test with Codility that you have to complete, if you pass, you'll be called for the interview, don't worry if you're from outside of Jakarta , they'll pay for all of your accommodation, even if you're not hired later on.
After you got called for the interview, I got interviewed by my recruiter (someone from Human Capital Management), it takes about half an hour, then an engineer will meet you and assign you a task that you have to complete, you'll be tested on-site (make sure you bring your own laptop) it takes about 2,5 hours. After that there's a theory test, you'll be asked a lot of questions about the development of an application (it depends whether you applied for iOS or Android) and some general question, there's also a study case test where you need to draw flow of an application and act as if you're describing to a non-engineer, all of that takes about 2 hours. After all of that stuff is finished, you'll be interviewed by Engineer Manager, usually, it takes longer but for me, it only takes half an hour. After all of that, if you are hired, they'll tell you to take medical checkup, don't worry they'll also cover the cost.
