Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Bulb em jan. de 2021
Entrevista
Best interview process I've experienced. Transparent process, clear expectations, and exemplary feedback cycles. Would have trusted the evaluation process regardless of final result. Time with the CTO at the final stage was a nice touch.
4 stages. Each led by real Bulb engineers, not automated systems:
1) Code challenge. Conducted using the Geektastic platform. Write code and tests relating to a Bulb energy challenge. Language and framework of your choice.
2) System Design interview. Design a system architecture for a theoretical new Bulb energy feature. No code. Technical, organisational, and business context.
3) Competency interview. How you've built and delivered products in the past. Operations and personal impact.
4) CTO interview. Opportunity for both parties to assess alignment of values and cultural principles.

Pergunta 1
1) Code Challenge. Understanding business needs and producing code to match. Evaluating technical competency and unit tests.
2) System Design. Requires good understanding of architectural context, functional and non-functional requirements. Considerations based on customer needs and business scope.
3) Competency interview. Questions about how we like to operate, contributions to successes, and learnings from failures. How we've applied skills and values in practical situations.
4) CTO interview. Values and how we'd fit in with the team and Bulb's wider strategy. The big questions like "Why do you want to join Bulb?"
