A long winded interview process (4 meetings in total) with gaps in between. Interviewers were quite intense and it felt like I was trying to be caught out at times. However they seemed to go well and I got taken to final interview. It wasn't clear what exactly they were looking for. Lots of emphasis on little work-life balance, which was a flag for me in the end as I'd heard some negative things elsewhere too.
