Overall, The interview process was great. The first interview was a video call with HR and the COO. The second interview was at the corporate office in Chicago with the business unit director and the project executive (the COO stopped by to introduce himself in person). Everyone was kind and welcoming, especially the office manager, Collin! The culture and positive energy of everyone is a strong reason why I accepted the job. They also have a great structure for training/ learning with so many experienced professionals who are willing to share their knowledge.
