First off the pay was too low. I still wanted a chance so I accepted to move forward with the process. I spoke with another the lady who interviewed me and she suggested another position since I was interested in other pay but to let her know if the current role was still in my interest. I notified her and told her another position could best suit me. She then lets me they may have chosen another candidate and that she'll get back to once she speaks to the hiring manager. I've reached out to her twice for an update and nothing. She went completely ghost on me which is wrong and unprofessional. I haven't even received an email regarding the previous role being filled. Avoid this company at all cost.

Entrevista
A lot of behavioural and situational based questions. Got me to the 4th round and still selected someone internally because they couldn’t select out of 5 people. Disappointing experience overall!

Difficult customer, tell me about a time you discovered an issue that wasn’t apparent to anybody.
Fairly straightforward, i had two rounds of interviews before my offer. Once with two managers and finally the second with the two head manager's. Overall fairly straightforward questions and since it was a support roll everything was pretty surface level in terms of questions and answers
