I had my first interview/screening call (30) with a member of the Talent Acquisition team named Richard, and I can only express my gratitude for having crossed paths with him. The interview was warm and pleasant, and Richard made me feel incredibly comfortable, almost as if I were speaking with a friend. I believe this is a wonderful quality worth highlighting. He engaged with me genuinely, and the conversation flowed so smoothly that time passed in a flash without me even realizing it.
The second stage involved an assessment divided into two parts: a personality self-evaluation and a multiple-choice aptitude test. The entire process took no more than 30 minutes, about 15 minutes for the personality evaluation and another 15 minutes for the aptitude assessment.
After successfully completing this stage, I had a series of four or five interview calls (30min) with different managers from the department I applied to. In my opinion, this part of the process could be improved/streamlined by consolidating these interviews into a single session with all the managers. This would help save time and resources for both the employer and the candidate, especially since many of the questions were quite similar.
The final stage was a call 15min with a native language speaker to assess my language skills. I found this a bit unusual, as it would have made more sense to schedule this earlier in the process. If a candidate were to fail this step, it could render the time spent by all parties in the previous interviews pointless. Overall, everything went well, and I received the offer a week later.

All the interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. It felt like they just really wanted to get to know me and look at my experience together, rather than trying to catch me out or intimidate. There were 6 steps to the process in total :
1. Initial screening interview/chat to determine suitability
2. Online aptitude test (multiple choice with time limit)
3. 1st interview (30 mins)
4. 2nd interview (30 mins)
5. 3rd interview (30 mins)
6. Foreign language conversation(for non-English speaking roles, 15 minutes)
Initially I was surprised to have to take an online aptitude test and meet with three different interviewers, but I'm really glad, because I got a very positive feeling about the culture at Bullhorn after meeting them.
Richard who did my screening interview was really helpful throughout and the meetings were scheduled promptly so I was not left waiting for a long time. Feedback was also provided quickly. Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend!

First interview with recruiter -> second Assessment -> third technical+ behavior + situational interview -> fourth interview HR round -> fifth interview Technical round -> last round technical + behavioral interview
They completed all the interview within 2 weeks and the recruiter Richard was great and did an amazing job through out the process.
