I applied, received an email from someone with the HR department, and was sent a link to take a test. This test was timed unrealistically and with questions that did not really measure my abilities. I did not get to know how I did on the test. I got an email saying I wasnt moving forward. I think this is a terrible way to "interview" someone. I am qualified, have a degree, and was not given an opportunity to show who I really am. It is a loss on their part. They should rethink their interview process, because that test did not accurately represent me.
