Panel of interviewers, consisting of trainees and managers of the plant. The interview took 30-45 minutes. They asked standard questions such as strengths and weaknesses, past challenges and problems you had to overcome.

Phone interview then on site interview. Asked many questions that seemed to be unimportant. The interviewers were very polite and kind. They answered my questions with a good response. The interviews lasted around an hour or so.
