I applied online, shortly received a phone call from the store managers for an interview. The interview was quite casual and easy. The manager is really nice, and it was more like a chat than interview.

3 stages of a phone interview a group interview then a branch manager interview at the store. The questions were fairly standard and I was offered the job on my last interview. You need knowledge of the brand and love of luxury

Video interview, assessment day and a final interview.
The staff was very friendly and I was given full information regarding the role. You will be required to demonstrate your personality and be very energetic during the process. Do your research regarding the history of the company.
