Entrevista
Applied online. Received a confirmation, Few days later got called for an interview. Sent a thank you letter a few days later. Received offer 2 weeks later; as he had other candidates. Interview was with General Manager and Service Lead. Happened all on the same day. Be confident, and know the difference between the collections. Ask questions and be attentive. If you have prior retail experience, with a proven track record in sales your good to go.

The process was quite clear and easy to follow, first a phone call followed by face to face meeting in store. Everyone was quite welcoming and made sure I was relaxed for the interview.

Entrevista
Had a phone call and video interview the was asked to attend a group interview. When I turned up it was empty and it turned out the HR rep cancelled and didn’t let me know, then when I emailed to ask what was happening she said she’d mistyped my email. She asked me to reschedule which I did, and she said she’d confirm the date and time the same week. I never heard back from her.

Entrevista
Pretty easy going. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and it wasn't a "scary" process at all. Nothing came as a surprise and they asked very role/industry-focused questions. It wasn't drawn out either which I appreciated.
