The interview process was a two-stage process: first HR will call you and ask you some questions about why you want that to work for Burberry, then they will send your CV to the hiring manager and if successful HR will call you and they will send you an Excel Spreadsheet with some exercises to complete and also you have to register a short video where you will answer 3 questions (2 minutes max per answer) and submit it. It will get reviewed and if successful you will go for a formal interview with the hiring manager with questions about your past experiences/motivations/ skills
