I had an interview with manager, interview with N+2, then had to make a task and present to both, and got an offer after that. Interviews with both people were very conversational, about my past experiences and what I would bring to the role.

Applied online and was given a Phone interview. After I found out I passed via email, I was emailed again via in-person interview with Human Resources. Afterwards, I did an in-person interview with future manager of department.

the process was very smooth. HR contacted me and organized the interview in the office's cafe. the only sad thing is that as always there is little response from the HR team if they are not interested in you
