I was contacted through Aerotek about this job opportunity and the company moved pretty quickly after I submitted my resume through the proper channels. There was an initial phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes that involved answering some elementary engineering questions. After that, I was invited to the company headquarters for an on-site interview. This interview lasted approximately two hours one-on-one with the hiring manager where mainly technical questions were asked with a very little amount of behavioral questions.

Entrevista
Consisted of a phone interview with two individuals from the company. They were curt and rude - they asked a number of technical and non-technical questions. They didn't convey what the position entailed and said little about the company. I've heard bad things about this company and won't pursue a position any further.
