Got a call on Sunday, came in on Monday for an interview, the lady was really laid back, asked me about my experience and to describe what I did at each job. Pretty much basic customer service questions. interview lasted about 20 minutes, did a background check and got called two days later saying I got the job.
The interview was mostly a one-on-one conversation and overall it was fairly simple. As long as your personality and work style align with the culture and expectations of that specific location, you should do just fine.

Polite and understanding. Very relaxed setting yet formal. Was given the job expectations and qualifications as well as general idea of how shift is handled. I felt accepted and involved the second I walked into the interview
