I was told that this would be a group interview, however, the only reason it was labeled a group interview was because there is more than one person who picked the same interview time as me, presumably for the same position.
The actual interview is one on one, between you and the store manager. The interview involved questions such as asking when your availability is, how to respond to angry customers, and the like. It also involved a tour of store. The manager notified me that if I do not receive a call within 72 hours of the interview date, they will not go forward with me.

Honestly, it was short and fast. My interview was with the store manager. Unfortunately, they told me they're always doing interviews, but sometimes there is really no spots open and they'll inform you when there is an opening.
