Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Burness Communications (Bethesda, MD).
Entrevista
The interview process was pretty straightforward, and relatively simple. There was a grammar exercise given at the last stage, and a writing sample request. There were mostly behavioral questions and asked about relevancy of educational/internship experiences with the job description.

Entrevista
Grammar test and multiple rounds of interviews with various project leads. Part of the interview was conducted in Spanish, as there was a language requirement for the position. People were friendly.

I would not recommend applying to Burness because of their disorganized interview process.
HR cold called me and then emailed me on a Friday evening with an ask to schedule a first-round screening call. I responded to their email with options for scheduling the screening call, but HR did not reply. HR again cold called me and emailed me the following Friday evening/night, then HR scheduled a second-round interview for early the next week. I found this to be unprofessional.
HR also asked me to complete a test in order to interview with leadership for the role of Senior Communications Associate. The directions on the test were to circle spelling and grammar mistakes in a paragraph — an activity that was clearly designed for an applicant more junior than me as I was interviewing for the role of Senior Communications Associate. In addition, I had to clarify several times with HR about which job I applied to at Burness. I found this to be disrespectful of my time.
During the second-round interview, leadership seemed unprepared for the conversation and asked me many questions that were unrelated to the job description. In the conversation, I noticed there were inconsistencies between HR and leadership on basic policies such as start dates, remote work, and timelines for returning to the office.
I would encourage potential applicants to apply elsewhere.
