Entrevista
Introductory meeting, peer interview, met with the founders, final with one of the recruitment leaders. The final decision felt quite heavily weighted on a personality type test conducted online at the end of the process. The delivery of the feedback was a little cold from the leader and felt more aligned to what the test had spit out about my personality traits, than my actual skill set and team fit. Founders were pleasant and you could see the passion for the brand they had built.

First two processes were fine, final was with Chris and Jon. Negative experience, attacked everything about me and my CV
Seems like they don’t know how to speak to people
If you interview with them, don’t you dare wear a tie because they will slate you for making an effort.
