Interview process was smooth. I got an interview through employee referral. i did a professional meet and greet and setup an onsite interview a few weeks later. the interview went well. The company went radio silent after the interview. sent them a few emails. complete waste of time for any professional in wallingford CT.

First step was a pre-recorded video interview they had me do, then was contacted for a live video interview a few weeks after. They required me to put together a PowerPoint presentation on my experiences, education, and goals and present it to the interviewers, which was kind of odd but putting it together helped me to prep for the interview. Overall a good experience, if you make a solid PowerPoint you can show the team that you're a great candidate.
The interviewers asked me a couple of technical questions too about the infrastructure that I would be designing if I joined their team - my best advice is to try to think about it slowly and step by step to get through these questions. Seems like a great team and a lively group of individuals with a lot of knowledge to share and eagerness to train younger staff. They talked about a mentoring program that they have where you're paired with someone a level above you. They don't give you a full salary with each pay check - you get partial salary (90ish %) and then a large end of year (7-15%) bonus makes up for the rest of your compensation. I'm seeing more and more companies do this in recent years because it is less risky for them if they end up in financial trouble.
Seemed like a great opportunity with great people, but I ended up taking a different offer that worked better for me.
