The first step was a video interview, which eventually led to an in person interview. Comfortable to talk to. Typical resume questions. A presentation was needed for the in person interview. They did not do a good job reaching out if the if I did or did not get the position.

The interviewers focused on technical questions that were closely tied to your past job profile and experience, ensuring that the discussion was relevant and contextual. Most of the questions revolved around structural engineering concepts, methodologies, and problem-solving scenarios that you might have encountered in previous roles.

It was very good and more clarifying. People are so nice.
But you should know how to deal with HR.
There are so many departments are there.
An interviewer wants strength and prefect answer he tried to know you as well.

How to Design Steel members and behaviour of structure.
They had me give a presentation about myself, followed by a question and answer portion involving mostly "tell me about a time when... " questions, followed by lunch. They definitely like people who are social and can talk.
