Entrevista
The HR person asked me to complete a video interview where she was not present - I answered pre-determined questions using a webcam and no direct interactions with the interviewer. I found this to be off-putting, and felt that the company had very little effort invested in this interview although I had to the typical work of preparing for it such as anticipating how I might answer questions and dressing in formal attire. Very impersonal. Very little description about what roles I was actually applying for.
First I had a pre-recorded video interview. Very quick and simple questions. You could record everything twice in case you messed up. Then I had a video call with the office team, which was very relaxed and comfortable.
Video interview then an in-person interview. Video interview seemed like an HR screener and the in-person interview was pretty relaxed and conversational. I enjoyed talking to the engineers who gave the interview. They took a really long time to get me an offer after the interview though.

I went to my university’s career fair and was given a referral by the person that I met with. I then received an invitation to complete a one-way online interview with pre-set questions
