I talked to Burns & Mac and my university's career fair and left them my resume. A few weeks later, they reached out to me to complete a video interview. The video interview was a recording of my recruiter asking questions that I had time to think about before recording an answer. The questions were all pretty generic interview questions aimed at figuring out if my interests aligned with any positions at the company. About 6 weeks later, I got a call to schedule a phone interview for a position at the corporate office. I scheduled the interview for about a week later and was interviewed on the phone by two employees in the business technology solutions group.
