Initial phone interview set up with employee owners by my recruiting company. They asked several questions regarding my work experience and future interests. After phone screening a in person interview was setup where you would meet the people from the phone screen

They were interested in my field experience which I appreciate. Sometimes employers can brush that off but they took the time to ask about it. It shows they value that.

Entrevista
Was recruited through LinkedIn and was immediately set up with an interview with upper management. After that I was set up with another interview with lower management and both were very easy and laid back with a mixture of personality and technical questions.
