Technical interview :-
- Mostly focus on Machine(Xmer, AC & DC machine, Generator, Its types with application and its difference between each other)
- switch gear basic
- all type of circuit breaker MCB, MCCB etc
- electrical pannel basic just like MCC, PDB, VFD where it used its difference
- All basic laws
- Power system ( Basic concept related to Generation, Distribution and transmission)
-what Skin effect, ferrenti effect how and when they occurs.
- focus on application of all our electrical machine.

Entrevista
The Burn and McDonald interview process includes an online first-round test, followed by an offline technical interview. Candidates who clear this stage proceed to the final round, an offline HR interview. Successful candidates receive an offer letter upon selection, marking the completion of the recruitment process.

Entrevista
Group test was conducted. Test was purely subjective. Gate exam preparation might help a lot. Then people selected were announced after some week. Then one to one interview was conducted. All thermal subject should be completely reviced before interview.
