I was interviewed by HR and also a second round by one senior engineer, one junior engineer, and a project assistant. Everyone was good but the junior engineer was arrogant and belittled my professional experience. After the interview, I looked up his profile on Linkedin and it turns out that he is from a bad University in Mexico. It gave me the impression that they don't hire the best people in Mexico. In the end they canceled the position, and they let me know months after. I would say it is not the best scenario for an American transnational to don´t hire the best professionals in Mexico.
